I LOVE your florist, your professionalism, your personal touch and the quality of your products. I've ordered from you several times and each time the service was perfect and the recipients were delighted with their gorgeous floral arrangements. I first selected your business because it was [local] based and I wanted to support local merchants. Free local delivery was definitely a draw but even without it, I'm a loyal customer. I run a local not-for-profit organization. At our monthly staff meetings we have a raffle of a gift certificate to a local business. The staff was delighted when a gift certificate from Katrina was the prize that month. If I had to choose one word to describe Katrina, it would be "classy".

Thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding and the party beforehand. Everyone raved about the cherry blossoms in the Friday night space. They were the perfect thing to set off the space.The flowers for the wedding at the oriental pavilion and picnic house were so gorgeous. They were (again) perfect for the space. Our caterer said she had never seen arrangements that worked so well in the Picnic House. It was such a pleasure working with you. You spent so much time with us, figuring out what we wanted, we appreciate it immensely.
